What are we booking?
Jim and Christine are booking at 7 night trip for a family of 4 from February 12, 2023 to February 19, 2023. We have secured our room and once Apple/Funjet Vacations releases the flights we will be adding ours then. Based on what we know Apple/Funjet Vacation Nonstop Exclusive flights typically run on Sundays and Thursday. This is why we chose to have a Friday wedding to give everyone many options to join us. The great thing about bundling allows us to have our Hotel, Flight, Transportation, and Trip Insurance all in one place. There is piece of mind to having everything with one Tour Operator (Apple/Funjet Vacations) should we need anything along the way. Even if you choose different travel days we encourage everyone to book through our travel agent.

Fill in the Request form below to start the reservation process. Please complete ALL fields on the form and submit the online form to us by clicking on “Submit Request” at the bottom of the form. If you choose to book your flight arrangements separately, please make sure you book a flight into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Additionally, please send me your flight details once booked so I can arrange your ground transportation. All rates and availability are subject to change until confirmed with a deposit. We don't have rooms that are being held as part of this group. Please book early to guarantee your reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an invoice showing your confirmation number, payments applied, and any remaining balance. Any additional payments you make can be easily made by submitting your payment information through our online form.

Cancel For Any Reason: You may cancel your vacation for ANY reason prior to departure and receive a full refund for your vacation, less the cost of the Travel Protection plan, including, non-refundable airfares booked through Apple Vacations.* Nonrefundable hotel rates are not included. Your refund is made in the original form of payment unless at the time of purchase you elect to receive a portion or all of your refund in the form of Apple Vacations travel credits**.

Price Guarantee*** – Guarantees the lowest price on the vacation booking! If the price of the hotel or Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flight on your vacation drops after booking the reservation, just let us know and we’ll adjust the reservation to the lower price. Valid on Mexico, Caribbean, Hawaii and Central America vacations.

No Change Fees: Need to make a change? Any Apple Vacations fees for the FIRST instance are automatically waived with no charge or reactivation. If you need to revise any portion of your vacation prior to departure date that has supplier-imposed fees such as airline and hotel revision penalties, reactivation is required for continued coverage on the booking.

Hurricane Travel Credit*^: If a Category One or greater hurricane disrupts a vacation for 24 hours or more, travelers will receive a refund for unused or interrupted vacation nights plus a future vacation discount certificate. Valid for reservations departing June through November.
**Travel credit policies:

Post-Departure Travel Insurance^

Trip Interruption – Reimburses (up to the total trip cost) unused hotel arrangements plus additional costs to change or purchase a new airline ticket if you can’t travel due to circumstances such as illness or injury to you, a family member, or traveling companion, jury duty, subpoena, or a traffic accident on the way to the airport.

Travel Delay – Reimburses additional transportation costs or unused hotel arrangements should your flight be delayed 12 or more hours due to adverse weather or unannounced strike. The plan reimburses you up to $500 ($200 per day) for the unused portion of your trip, additional accommodations, meals and “catch up” transportation expenses.

Emergency Evacuation – Pre-pays the cost of emergency medical transportation if a serious illness or injury occurs during your vacation that requires medical evacuation.

Baggage/Personal Property – Reimburses you for baggage or items lost, stolen, or damaged during your vacation.

Medical Expense – Reimburses medical costs should you incur hospital charges or other medical bills as a result of an illness or injury during your vacation.

Baggage Delay – Reimburses for the purchase of necessary personal items if your bags are delayed by the airline for 24 hours or longer. The plan covers you for the purchase of necessary items up to $300 in the event your luggage is delayed by an air common carrier for more than 24 hours en route to your vacation.

Travel Accident – Accidental death and dismemberment coverage in the event of loss of life or limb while flying.
Travel Protection Plus is non-refundable once added and purchased. Travel Protection Plus covers all air when packaged with hotel.

Travel Protection Plus
Cancellation Policy
You must immediately notify your travel agent to cancel or make changes to your vacation package.
All refunds must be requested within 60 days of the date of cancellation. If you did NOT purchase Travel Protection Plus, any refund due for air-inclusive vacations (after applicable penalties) will be in the form of a travel credit (land-only and contracted group bookings will be refunded in original form of payment). If you purchased Travel Protection Plus and are eligible for a partial or full refund in original form of payment, the full refund due will automatically become a travel credit if not requested at 60 days from the date of cancellation. Travel credit is valid for travel commencing within 13 months (395 days) from original departure date and must be used for travel commencing by expiration date, are nontransferable and nonrefundable, have no cash value, and are issued in the name of the passengers on the original reservation. Standard change and cancellation policies apply to bookings made with travel credit. Travel credit will be held on the original booking. If you booked through a travel agent, your travel agent must submit the electronic refund request no later than 60 days after the date of the cancellation.
All changes and cancellations are subject to availability, limitations, restrictions and fees imposed by Apple Vacations and its airline, hotel and feature/excursion suppliers. Certain excursion operators only allow a refund if canceled upon notice to them. Contact the excursion company for the applicable notice provision and to arrange a refund. Many airfares and hotel reservations are nonrefundable and nontransferable, and you may be charged 100% cancellation/change penalties. Changes to, or cancellation of, a Basic Economy flight will result in forfeiture of tickets. Passengers who do not travel are subject to 100% cancellation penalties.
If you cancel your vacation or change your travel dates, flight, duration, class of service, name, departure city, or destination, the charges shown below become payable by you. Significant additional penalties (i.e. nonrefundable airline tickets and fees, nonrefundable or nontransferable hotel promotions) may apply. If the number of individuals occupying a room changes due to a cancellation or booking change, the remaining traveler(s) will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate. If all travelers change, it is considered a new booking and cancellation fees will apply. Nonrefundable hotels incur penalties upon deposit. Once travel has begun, there will be no refunds for any unused or partially used travel component for any reason. Standard change and cancellation policies apply to bookings made with travel credit. Contracted group bookings follow alternative change and cancellation policies according to the group’s contract.
